In a little over one week, college life starts back up again. It's crazy to think that instead of hiking up a mountain and sipping a cup of tea with a good book, I'll be scurrying from class to class without any time to sit down and relax. But it also brings a sense of excitement, as all of my college friends will finally be back! In the mean time, I haven't done very much cooking while in Norway, but I have done a lot of adventuring and hiking, which has made my appetite immensely larger.
