5 Years of Blogging

I cannot believe it's been 5 years since I sat down to write my first blog post. My life has changed drastically since that summer afternoon five years ago, and it's been exciting sharing it with you all! I started my blog to help anyone who was feeling down about their diet, especially teens who had been recently diagnosed with Celiac or those who needed to switch to a gluten-free diet. I realized how important a positive outlook was, because when I was diagnosed with Celiac as a kid, I had to come to terms pretty quickly with the fact that I was going to have it for the rest of my life. I am going to be a rising junior at Washington University in St. Louis in the fall, which means I already have two years of college under my belt! These last two years have flown by, and I've gotten to learn so much academically and also just in life.
